Prolog
Everytime Agile process is to be followed, teams are confused as to which workflow to follow from start of stories until storied are accepted.
Personally I do not blame people since there is no dearth of factors surrounding the teams that lead to this confusion (problem of plenty)
Problem Description
Going by above prolog, I tend to fall in this situation time and time again. Some of the major causes for this confusion are following
"A" Solution
By no means, my intention is to imply that following approach is a one size fits all but I have found this approach to work with more than 1 client and on more than 1 project at the same client hence decided to put it here to help broader community.

- Every agile tool vendor provides few workflow options.
- People on the project have few of their own from previous lives, including me.
- Every agile trainer supplements few more options (which trainer deems) are suitable to the environment.
